  • soda and salt - 1 tsp.

Mix the dough

We take flour and carefully sift it into a large bowl. In the groove, carefully pour in the vegetable oil. We rub the flour together with the oil, add salt and soda. We knead the soft and dough dough. If necessary, add a little warm water.

After the dough is mixed, wrap it in a food film for 15-20 minutes. After the specified time, divide it into 2 equal parts.   • cumin, turmeric - 1 tsp;
  • asafoetida, coriander, black ground pepper - 2 tsp each;
  • pepper ground chili - ¼ tsp;
  • dill - 1 bunch.

Samios with fruit

This dish is very tasty, and most importantly, it will taste even the smallest gingerbread, which most of all love sweet pastries with fruits. What do we need to make sweet samos? It:

  • apples 2-3 pcs .;
  • pears - 2-3 pcs .;
  • sugar - 1 cup;
  • orange - 1 piece;
  • cinnamon - pinch.

Pears and apples are washed under running water, peeled and removed pits. We cut the fruit into small cubes. Peel an orange three on a small grater.
