Among modern people is very common one model of behavior, or rather will say, the disease, which consists in the fact that a person postpones everything for later, avoiding any problems or responsibilities. In psychology this syndrome of delay is called "procrastination." Treatment (to find the right approach is not always easy), this scourge does not all have successful results. That's why you constantly hear complaints about wasted time and unrealized goals.

A lot of people, realizing themselves incapable of doing what is necessary, say to themselves: "I was struck by procrastination. Treatment is useless. Everything is bad, I will never get anything done. " And they continue to lie on the couch or sit, staring at the computer monitor, in short, to burn their lives without the hope of fixing anything. But in fact, not everything is so bad. Procrastination is completely curable, the main thing is to realize the problem and be determined to take the necessary measures to overcome it.

Procrastination: treatment, symptoms and the nature of the phenomenon

And if they lose, then the feeling of resentment and the apathy generated by it will be pulled again on the couch or to the fridge - "get sorrow". Well, the crane will wait until tomorrow.

Surely many will recognize themselves in this image. How many have already accumulated five-minute cases, which the hands do not reach to fulfill many days, weeks, months and even years? This is procrastination. Treatment - medicines, pills and all sorts of newfangled devices - will not help here. The solution of the problem is inside the person. Consecutive motivated work on yourself, the desire to change the situation and the courage to do it - this is the therapy from which your procrastination will go into oblivion. Treatment, the scheme of which fits into five practical steps, is given below.

Step one - create a list of tasks

The very first thing to do is to compile a detailed list of cases. This list should include both those tasks that were not completed, and those that were not even started (but which still need to be done).
