Annual training of professionals.  Upon graduation, the graduate is given a certificate.

  • Vocational primary education, carried out on the basis of nine classes.  The period of study itself ranges from one to two years.
  • The system of primary vocational education in the Russian Federation consists of more than one thousand eight hundred specialized institutions, which annually prepare about eight hundred thousand qualified graduates. Of these, six hundred and fifty thousand study full-time.

Primary vocational education is primarily an educational system. This is the basis of a large-scale and diverse "pyramid" for the preparation of the country's human resources.

    The main task

Initial vocational education is an orderly system for the implementation of successive educational programs and state standards of various levels and orientation. Therefore, its main task is to create optimal conditions for the possibility of satisfying the aspirations of an individual to receive a certain specialty. Primary vocational education is designed to provide good training of personnel that will be competitive in the changing conditions of market relations. With this system, the country's economy will be constantly provided with qualified workers.

Primary vocational education in Russia implements programs aimed at accelerated vocational training, retraining, and advanced training of a worker or employee.

Primary importance in these institutions is given to the organization of the process of educating the younger generation. In the single pedagogical structure of education, this issue has a key position, which is devoted to preparing young people for difficult life situations.

In modern society, a person requires a high return of knowledge, skills and abilities. In the manufacturing process, this is also no exception. Everyone must have special qualities that distinguish him from other people. Only in this case the person will be competitive in the conditions of market relations. This factor will contribute to the development of responsibility for both yourself and others, as well as help strengthen confidence in your professional future.

The most effective way of such personal development is to create a system of education that would involve systematization of goals and objectives, as well as methods and forms of education of the younger generation in primary vocational education institutions. At the same time it is necessary to organize the interaction of absolutely every subject and object of the process of education. In this case, there will be a solid formation of students as active participants in professional development.

    the main objective

Initial vocational education is the guarantor of the realization of the right of a citizen to receive free and accessible education. Therefore, it is necessary to satisfy the needs of the individual for educational services of the appropriate level. This should occur in the light of recent trends and volatility of the labor market.

    History of origin and development

Primary vocational education in Russia arose after the implementation of the relevant reforms by Peter I. One of the first educational institutions where professionals were trained opened at the beginning of the eighteenth century. These included artillery, navigation, geodesic, engineering and medical schools.

The most popular specialized educational institutions of the eighteenth century were mining and metallurgical plants opened at the Petrovsky Plant. They were located in the Urals and in the Altai Territory. A diploma in primary vocational education at the mining and metallurgical school suggested extensive knowledge of the mining industry. These educational institutions subsequently became the foundation for the development of vocational schools in our country.

Nevertheless, in pre-revolutionary Russia, the education of women was limited, and public education had a peculiarity of class and class division.

Starting from the 20s of the twentieth century, domestic professional pedagogy began to intensively form and develop as a separate independent branch of scientific knowledge.

    Duration of study

In general, the period of obtaining primary vocational education is directly related to the level of knowledge. Enrolled after the end of the ninth grade prepare for a specialty for two or three years. A student enrolled at the end of the eleventh grade is prepared for one or two years. Despite this, some elementary vocational institutions are biased towards the technical school profiles. In this regard, the period of study extends to three or four years. This period is determined by the level of education of the student.

There is the concept of reorientation of primary vocational education. It is connected with the need to retrain the teaching staff, modernize special equipment, and improve the conditions and level of remuneration.

The main problem is that the budget for financing this program is not always enough, and therefore an additional flow from extrabudgetary resources is required. To cope with the task of preparing and internships for students, educational institutions set up production workshops. This allows the masters to maintain their qualifications, and also opens up new sources of extrabudgetary funding.
